We offer service and convenience. An easy 40 minute drive from Portland steers you off the beaten path, yet centers you on the Maine coast with access to the best cruising in the northeast. For those who bring your work, we offer wifi  and standby generator backup.  Two courtesy cars provide access to Bath for provisioning.  The Osprey Restaurant and Tavern at Riggs Cove serve lunch and dinner when you just don't feel like cooking, or when you do, throw a steak or lobster on our gas-fired barbecue grill in our waterfront park.  Enjoy a quiet evening in our shoreside library, well-stocked with fiction, non-fiction and periodicals.  Visit our Gallery filled with an extensive collection of photographs  and articles on local history.  Listen to the Friday evening jazz band, or attend a Wednesday evening lecture on topics of local interest.  Discuss buying or selling your yacht with our CPYB certified broker, David Perry.

And our craft team is unsurpassed.  Thirty years of boatbuilding, hardware manufacturing, and service experience, a 50 ton Travelift, an 18 ton crane, and a 60 ton hydraulic trailer give us the knowledge and capability to repair, refit, or restore vessels to 60 feet.
